Shipping to my post office box meant that I had no option other than "Standard Shipping". And, even though I placed my order well before the cut-off on 1 August, I still see "Shipping Soon" on the "Where's my order?" page. While those who elect delivery to a physical address have the option of overnight or 2-day shipping, it appears that Amazon is not willing to use the equivalent services from the US Postal Service.
