ordered july 28 ... still not shipped. i can cancel it. called CS and was told it's first come first shipped. i commented that people who ordered after me already have theirs and told them i've had a few experiences with Amazon not shipping something until I've called to complain. I was told to be patient and if it hasn't shipped by mid-september to call back then. really really unimpressed.
