Stange; I'm sure I've seen City Link (and HDN) out on Saturday's round our way. Though I'd agree Royal Mail, for all its problems, is much better/easier!

Not had too much experience with CityLink but most of the major couriers have depots near where I live given I am about 500 yards from the end of the Heathrow southern runway .....

My hubby has has a few negative experiences with UPS though and always refers to them as Useless Parcel Services
I've had a few experiences with CityLink -- very erratic. A couple of perfect deliveries from helpful drivers, another time left on the doorstep (in pouring rain, of course) and another, when sitting in the living room (reading, of course!) I heard the leaflet saying "you were out..." being pushed through the letter box.
