That's all I could find as well, AO. I'd be interested to hear if someone else knows differently.
Here in Australia we used to get all our books from the UK, but nowadays the majority seems to come from the US. (With one slight modification - it's not at all unusual to find the content of the book set in US English spelling, but it to be bound with a cover set in Australian English. It's a trifle schizophrenic.) So, the copy of "Dragon Tattoo" I was lent having the same translator as the US edition is no surprise, and it's no clear indicator that a separate UK translation doesn't actual exist.
