That's a pretty ludicrous excuse for a publisher. I hope someone at B&N headquarters is investigating because seriously, we're not going out of business. This potential "sale" is a battle between the Riggios who own majority in the company and Burkle, who owns a good chunk. It's sad to see publishers aren't bothering to find out what is happening and instead just not providing titles.

Ok, I was going to keep ranting, but that's not the point. Hopefully when Macmillan realized that we haven't gone out of business when the book comes out they'll release it. :P
