I think that it looks like a scam, but maybe its true.

Bankrupcy is not a matter of one day, it is possible that irex made an order of some DR1000S and later they can't pay it, so the manufacturer see himself with some hundreds DR1000S and without a buyer because irex not longer exist, and maybe they are selling it to recover the invested money.
