If they were, they may have a contract that states they can sell units ordered by iRex but not paid for on the open market. I doubt such a stock exists anywhere, because if it does, I think it would be most attractive for the trustee to simply pay up and sell them in a more organized way.
I can't imagine they'd have a contract that allows them to arbitrarily produce more, let alone a contract and skills to create a new product type.
