Attached is a file that (I hope) fixes the problem timestamp problem. It is a new version of the Sony driver. If you are willing to try it, then download the attached file, unzip it, and put the unzipped file in the same folder as the current file sony_cache.pyo. On windows, that folder will be something like
C:\Program Files\Calibre2\Lib\site-packages\calibre\devices\prs505.
The attached file should work with calibre 0.7.14 or 0.7.15.

If the current file is sony_cache.py, please save a copy before overwriting it with the attached version.

Let me know if you try it and if it works. If the answer is yes, then I will submit it to Kovid for release.

Don't forget to remove the file before doing an upgrade of Calibre.
