I was having trouble myself after installing the latest ru.launcher.
I tried combinations of:
*) pressing 6 times 12 secs powerbutton
*) removing battery
*) removing external sc card, copying original 1.4 and then softroot 2.4.1 on it
*) Holding < longer and longer untill I saw it installing.
All of a sudden it worked. I hope the same for you.
