Well for those not in Canada who want the book. W.E. Smith has it for £2.03 which works out to around $3.15. Not quite as cheap as the Canadian Kobo deal, but still very inexpensive compared to the American (or Australian) price and it says it's available everywhere which means anyone anywhere in the world can buy it:
