Things Have Gone From Bad to Worse

It's been a week or more since my last post. Since that time I have been told by Augen Customer Service that I missunderstood and that I was not being sent a new unit. That's fine, never really needed that, just wanted to get it fixed. After trying two firmware upgrades, my Landscape View is still upside down. I contacted Augen Returns and they told me to send a copy of the receipt and they would send me an RMA number to send the unit back for repairs. Three times I have sent them copies of the receipt without any response. I even faxed their Corporate Headquarters without any satisfaction. I get absolutely no response from them at all. To say the least, it's been very discouraging. At this point it looks like my only option is to return the unit to Kmart for a full refund.

Initially I thought the Customer Service was okay, but now it looks like I was mistaken. It's to bad too, I liked the unit even with all its quirks. It still can't keep time and the SD Card is only recognized half the time. Let the Buyer Beware! I no longer recommend this unit to anybody!
