You need to use a VPN like Hotspot Shield (free) or AlwaysVPN ($8.50) to have an US IP-address when buying books from B&N.
You also need to register your B&N account with a valid US address as shipping address and billing address of your credit card.
The billing address is not verified with your credit card company, so this will work fine.
You can use any valid US address: Disneyland, Yankeestadium, just google something.
