I just use the USB charger we bought for our houseful of iPod/iPhone/iPads and it works fine for my Kobo. Actually, it works better than fine....my Kobo often freezes after I connect and disconnect properly from my PC, a problem that NEVER occurs when I use the USB charger.
Now...if there was just a way to download my books via the electrical circuits.....
