That's exactly what I thought, too, getting ideas and thinking of things to do all the time. Hence, there's now an app for that if you've softrooted your nook (see the nookdevs site or nookMarket).
As I've only just put an initial release online, be aware that there may be issues and don't put
all your knowledge into it just yet.
