A recent update of Calibre took out all my settings.

I'm now having trouble saving books.

I don't use some of the more advanced features on Calibre ...

so, I don't save my books inside a folder.

I simply save them like this:

Author's Last Name, Author's First Name - Book Title


I had Calibre all set to save my books (as per above) - but the recent update took out those settings ... and now I can't remember what to put in to get my books to save the right way.

I tried to reset it myself - but have mucked it up further. Now I'm only getting the title of the book like so: Crimson Room, The

Can anyone help?
