this issue. Some Mac users were having problems running Sigil, since something was preventing Sigil from creating that temp directory in their HOME folder. So, I've relocated the folder to the system temp directory.
If you still want access to it, you should look for the "Sigil" directory in your system's "temp" folder.
On Unix machines, this is "tmp/Sigil".
On my Windows 7 machine, it's "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Sigil".*
On other systems it will be a different location. It's one of the reasons why I wanted a consistent location for the Sigil temp folder, but alas, it was not meant to be.
*Note that the "AppData" folder on Windows machines is usually hidden.
