Just joined
Just took the plunge and ordered a kindle 3 with wi-fi and g3.
Have never owned another ebook reader and was wondering about the DX or IPAD but when I saw both g3 and wifi I jumped. Don't even know when it will ship to Canada but do believe it is the best choice for me.
I belong to a listserve that discusses d psychological topics from a relational perspective and they are always posting pdf files and journal articles which are freeware. I hope I have no problems with formatting these articles to my kindle.
Also, how effective is the "free email" site for me to access and download emails from wifi sites? I spend a lot of time on a Gulf Island [Mayne] where I have access to g3 but not wifi [except at the library]
I'm considering using the 'free email" site when at the library to download and read at my pleasure. [but in a pinch download off of 3g.]
Is my thinking ok?
