...yeash. I found the file, it's named bndr2_setup_latest.exe. No hint which version, but the file date is 4/6/10. The version on my computer is currently 2.1.1.2, so it's probably that one or the one before it.
Wait...found another one dated 1/1/10 named bNeReader2.0.1.8_setup_latest.exe.
