Kovid, would it be possible to perhaps allow removing lines between paragraphs but keeping original indentation? For instance, a lot of books are formatted to have the lines between paragraphs, and already have indentations that I would prefer to leave alone--that way, I can convert, remove lines, and still preserve indentation for titles, poetry, etc.
I also noticed that when I was converting an .lrf file to .epub, the lrf file itself didn't have lines between paragraphs, and I unchecked "remove lines between paragraphs" as well as unchecking "insert blank line" but the epub created defaulted to lines between paragraphs. Why wasn't the original formatting preserved? Is this an .lrf issue?
