Dealextreme is easy to work with and much of their stuff is high quality.

As for a brand name, it does not seem to mean a lot. The Chinese seem to have mixed Communist and Capitalist and come up with a system that allows for rapid advancement in quality. They seem to buy the same pieces and parts, build the device, add a feature or two that makes it a bit different, then slap their name on it. There are dozens of high end flashlights with identical bodies, end caps, and in some cases heads, but they all are a little bit different - and getting more expensive.
