Give them a break, they are engineers. A lot of Taiwanese companies are Small & Medium enterprises that has a lot of technicians, engineers, and a lot of ambitions/visions. They invent things and solve problems, and totally without PR skills. And they don't waste money hiring people just to correct spelling.

If you check out their web-site, they put things together as a solution package (hardware/device/... for B2B purposes).

If you have any question, ask them directly (they usually don't talk to consumer directly --my impression through that one phone-call, they prefer to talk to business partners, distributors, etc.). I (the consumer and expressed as one) got the direct answer through one phone-call because I was polite and to the point.

I'm not interested in Lattice, so didn't even ask about it. The info is about Papyrus only. But I believe they will definitely produce and sell Lattice, because Taiwanese prefer to buy tablets than E-Readers, and they get more orders selling Lattice than Papyrus in Asian market.

BTW, optional means they give you a choice between different type of processors and operation system, so you can choose a slower processors and less expensive OS and pay a cheaper price..... I don't think they will sell you devices and ask you to install the processor by yourself. If you have any doubt, just make sure everything is as specified by you before paying for them.

I forgot to ask the price for Papyrus or Lattice and will just wait and see.......
