I found the following words in the footnote to my original Conservapedia post to be of particular minterest:

"...the article written by liberal law professor Laurence Tribe as allegedly (my emphasis) assisted by Barack Obama."

Note how the use of the word "allegedly" casts doubt on whether Obama actually assisted in the writing of professor Tribes's article, as if the former president of The Harvard Law Review was somehow not quite up to the task.
