I've been talking to Kobo for over a month now trying to get a new ereader... They said they sent it but still haven't received one, apparently problems with customs. They said they sent the sd card and didn't, ereader and never arrived. Now they are trying to get me an in store exchange at Borders (I bought it at Walmart in Quebec and I now live in Vermont) but I am still waiting. The Kobo has been sitting like a paperweight on my desk for a month.
