Is Aggression any good? It's been a long time since I played a game on my PDA. The last one I tried was Warfare Inc, which I thought was very impressive from a technical standpoint. (I'm not into RTS games, though.)

I can recommend Bonsai. Especially with the 20% discount, as the normal price ($34.95) is a bit steep. (See my review on PG.)
