Tried this along with many others but still can't find the way I did it before and still bricked

Also tried formatting, reset ten times, can't seem to get it to hard reset.

If it helps I'm Stuck at the starting up screen then the light at the top flashes orange then starts up again

following desperate trawls I think it was something like prs firmware updater special but I can't find it and I'm sure it was on this network that I got the link.

Please help.
