Most "extreme" place I ever read an ebook was at the top platform of a 200 ft old military communications tower. This was up in the hills of Fort Greely, Alaska. We decided it was a needless risk for me to climb back down, so he sent my 505 and a bottle of mountain dew up in the bucket so I had something to do while I waited.

Badass. You must've had a great view from up there too. Maybe you could even see Russia or Momma Grizzly. Sounds like exciting work to say the least. Did you do a lot of that kind of stuff for the army?
