I once worked for a big commercial printer. The offices were in an area where a lot of printers and related businesses had clustered. I'd go for lunch fairly frequently to a local bar that was a printer's hangout. The "specials" board outside would list the day's selections, like "Brisket, as only Mike can cook it!"
They were right. Mike's work would have fit right in in the sort of place that has stars in the Michelin Guide and you are rich enough to not care about the size of the check. He knew how to cook
meat.
Food of the gods is a good description.
