That actually happened to my left forward button. I did send it back also. It just didn't feel right and not as responsive for me. Sometimes I have to press it twice for it to work. It also made a "popping" sound when I pressed it. My new one doesn't have the same problem though so thank goodness! I am now sticking to finger swiping only.
