If you were to have a bulk uploader, you would still have to fill in the description for the books. You would still need to give each thread a topic. So the only step you would be missing out on would be having to go to each section for the format and start a new thread. It would be more work then it's actually worth to hack the software to allow bulk uploads given how little benefit you'd actually get. Without the description of the book, not everyone would know what it is or if it's something interesting enough to download. So yes, you do have to put a little bit ot work into a book upload. I find it easy enough to do all the formats in a row. I'm not always perfect at that hence my latest upload that needs PRC and IMP formats. But, at least I can go to the one I have up and grab a copy of the message and paste it in where needed.
