I just spoke with our support team about this. If you send your transaction number and name to support@astak.com, I just informed our tech to write you back right away with the shipping information.

We usually ship orders within 24-48 hours (with the exception of the weekend), and UPS sends the tracking number via email to our customers. One of my team members just told me that a lot of times, these emails are marked as 'junk' or 'spam', which can be annoying.

You should definitely receive something, and we will be waiting for your email at support!
