Yes, that is true. But I'm someone who likes to have things in an order I can understand (at least on my computer; you'd say I was crazy if you looked at my desk ). I don't necessarily want to have to open Calibre just to easily find a file.

Anyway, it's a small thing, far outweighed by the huge advantages of using Calibre.
