Now, if you have a car and you sell it before the warranty expires, the warranty transfers. If you have a washing machine that you buy private-party while the warranty is in effect, it transfers. If you buy a friggin *KINDLE* from someone, used, before the warranty has expired, the friggin warranty TRANSFERS!

But not Barnes & Noble. Go figure why it's up for sale.
