I have read Love Hina in my e-Reader, which has a 5 inch screen. A bigger screen means more real estate for the iamge, so you shouldn't have trouble.
On an aside note, it was the first manga I ever read (and bought), 10 years ago. I'm very fond of it due to the memories it brings, and because it has hilarious parts too ^^
