To be honest, having a sleeve and no case is a seriously bad idea. Without a case, the screen is less protected when it's out of the sleeve and the risk of damage is higher if it's ever dropped. And a case can make your reader even easier to hold. But if you want to risk your K3, go ahead and get a sleeve. If you want more protection for your K3, get a case.
