Here's the reply I got from Analog - emphasis mine:

"Thank you for your email. We are aware that Fictionwise.com no longer offers Analog SF by subscription. While we license content to Fictionwise.com, we cannot control their business decisions. I would recommend that you bring your concern directly to them, which I understand you've already one.

We appreciate your readership and I apologize for any inconvenience
you've been caused."

I didn't contact Asimov's but since they have the same owner I suspect the answer would be the same.
Pity, since I'm not interested in their DRM offerings. There's still hope the individual issues will be available but a slim one at that.
I wonder if charge back will work; I gues we'll see if they drop it altogether.
