Hi Nifty!

Thank you so much for your response. But it still doesn't work for me

The problem is My "Update your Kindle" menu item is always inactive. I do the install by pressing Restart kindle. But it failed twice - both at step 3 and 5. I got an error number 0003

Anyone has same problems as mine? Please give me some tips.

I used Kindle 2 (B003) - firmware 2.5.4
