Yeah, Version 1.1 fixed the bug with the Clock app. But everytime you open a PDF file with a reader (like GoodReader) for example, the warner bombards you with warnings. Version 1.1 fixed this with the iBooks PDF reader, so I don't know why the developer forgot about other PDF readers.
