How quickly I read depends on what I'm reading, of course. A book on Algebra, a suject I took three times and failed twice, would be at slogging through mud speed. A well-written novel would be more at a running across a grassy field speed. Now, a terrible book, horribly written, that is boring, gets read at the speed of light.
