Yes, there are a lot of images.

I’ve been reading Microsoft press training books from my works library. They’re hard cover books, around 1000 pages and weight a bit. We get PDF versions with the training packs and it means I don’t have to wait in line for a new book, also the Kobo weight a lot less than the physical book.

I found that if I put the PDF on landscape it was easier to read but the slow scroll time was frustrating. Also the ‘arrow’ guides for page scanning covered some detail. This was more noticeable with comics as some speech bubbles were completely covered.
