Been reading, but first post

Hi, all. I've been reading these forums for a while now, but never got around to posting. I've been wanting an ereader since the mid-90s, and I'm very happy with my Nook. Be nice if they'd come out with a big-screen version, but I'm going to get a look at the Kindle DX in a week or so, and I'm interested in seeing that. I just had the opportunity to play with an iPad, and I'm not impressed. Far too much glare--I hate those glossy screens Apple seems to have fallen in love with. They might be pretty, but they're hard on the eyes. I also got my hands on a Sony PRS-300, and while it's small and the controls are kinda funky, I did like that it seemed to have decent PDF support, even allowing zoom. I really want a device like the Que, but it looks like I'm going to be waiting a while for something like that now.
