She was probably in charge of upgrading the driver for my HP 1012 LaserJet for Windows 7...which does not exist and will not exist, according to HP. Too bad about the spare cartridges I bought and the fact that it's a workhorse printer that I expect to get years of use out of yet. Why waste money supporting old equipment when people can just go out and buy our new crap?
