why not? the investigation found that he DID NOT violate the sexual harassment policies of HP but that he did violated some standards of "normal business conduct"
im still trying to figure out why he quit. from reading it appears he may have arranged for the woman in question to be paid @ $20k for work she didnt do. that would be enough, but ya gotta figure , ceo of a company the size of HP, he was losing that much pocket change over the course of a year.
