How do you combat burnout?

I guess firstly I should ask if anyone suffers reading burnout? If so, how do you combat it?

I'm not talking about needing a few minutes away from a book. What I mean by reading burnout is when you are reading so much that even though you are enjoying your books you just don't want to read anymore. You feel like you need a break for a good few days at least.

Anyone else feel that occasionally or is it only me?

Personally, when I get in this sort of funk, I have to burn of energy by doing physical things like running, kung fu or going to the gym until I'm exhausted and my legs hurt which usually takes a few days of excessive exercise. That seems to clear my head and also makes the idea of sitting down for hours at a time for a few days of reading a lot more appealing!

Cheers,
