They'd make life much easier if you could just sign into the store via the web and download via Adobe Digital Editions like other places do as opposed to making someone install extra software just to access their particular store. That's just not consumer friendly in my book and I bet it turns a lot of people off who then go buy elsewhere.

However, I'll still use the software to get the occasional free book, so I suppose I'm not that sorry I downloaded and installed it. And transferring via ADE works just fine.
