No, your English is very good! The firmware is also in a decent language, unlike the translations we get for, say, digital tv adapter (so confusing!). And yes, I think it's quite their opinion. Which is a bit of a mess because not everybody knows the language (like my father, for example, who's always struggling with his 505 because he's not sure about what's-going-to-happen-if-I-push-this). Maybe they should rely a bit more on icons, like with remotes (I mean, pre-school kids never had a problem using them! I remember!).

(it was never sold here also, which is a shame because it's a super machine, so it's a bit funny checking the Sony support site and having a big "no, it's not available here" sign and then all the links )
