This is scary for the companies I'm sure, and a little worrisome for consumers, too. One of the questions I (try to) consider when making a purchase is "will there be customer support for this down the road?" I want the smaller companies to thrive, I want to buy a PB360, I want to support small businesses, but I want to be able to get the most out of whatever I buy for the longest time possible.
