Device: Kobo Aura and Kobo Mini, had a Nook, NOOKcolor, Nook STR.
The easiest way to know if you are being charged the extra $2 is to go to amazon and see how much the ebook is listed for. I seem to get US prices since I have always shipped my books to my Dads in the US. I am told normally the Canadian price is higher.
