I'd heard that about the document delivery charges, but not about the Whispernet surcharge, which is incorporated directly into the price of every Canadian Kindle store non-freebie, regardless of whether one has an actual Kindle which can take advantage of it or merely uses Kindle for PC/Mac.
I certainly hope so. I might even begin buying ebooks from Amazon if that's the case.
