I came for the win a Kindle contest and stayed for the people! On any given day I can find Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, agnostics, gays, straights, conservatives, liberals, Australians, Brits, Iranians, and pretty much every other flavor under the sun exchanging ideas, and most do it with gentleness and respect for opposing viewpoints. Sure, we have a few flame-throwers, and a few who engage in personal attacks, but compared to the rest of the Internet, this place is pretty civilized.
