I got the chicken. Upper legs, already skinned. 5.49/kg (Euros), two packages, the most expensive I could find, more expensive more quality. I have the remaining ingredients in the house. I have a trick, garlic cloves under oil. An other time saver, I do not have to play fancy tricks, I use the same oil for everything. Extra virgin olive oil from Riviera, cultivated by my friend. And whole coriander acorns. What else. Ah yes, I'll use directy a tomatoes passata. I 'll let you know you pears, peers, deer, pairs and boreal rain forest dears (those will be kk and WDE). To night I will eat like a King. With a Croz Hermitage 2006. I'll let you know
